Bossolasco
Bossolasco, with its historic centre made of stone, is a romantic resort town at 800 m on the sea level that looks east over the Belbo Valley and south/southwest over the Langa degli Alti Pascoli. It is known as the “pearl of the Langhe” and the “country of roses” as hundreds of the gorgeously scented flowers line the main street in town that leads to the Parish Church of San Giovanni Battista. Today Bossolasco is a preferred artist’s retreat and hosts many events related to painting and sculpture. It is also one of the best places to begin exploring the wilds of the Langa del Sole.
